Course headline
This self-paced, pre-recorded course is designed to help you understand what’s happening behind the wheel — before you ever step into a car.
It focuses on the practical side of learning to drive: roundabouts, junctions, lane positioning, mirror checks, and more. But instead of just telling you what to do, we break down the why, so you can understand how driving works and make safer, more confident decisions when you’re out on the road.
Each topic is broken into short, clear video lessons that you can pause, replay, and revisit any time. At the end of every section, you’ll get a short revision guide to help you review and reflect on what you’ve just learned.
This course was built with neurodivergent learners in mind — including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or anxiety — but it’s open to everyone. If you’ve ever found in-car lessons confusing or stressful, this is your chance to get clear on the rules and routines in your own time and space.
There are no tricks, no pressure, and no rushing — just calm, structured guidance to help you feel ready before you start driving lessons.
